Shelf Life: This Lei is Durable however it is temperature sensitive. It can last about 5 days and sometimes longer provided it's stored between 50-55F. Standard refrigerators are fine. You can freeze after wearing for re-use again. If you have a Ti leaf twisted with Orchid, Jasmine or Pikake please separate the ti leaf and do not freeze the Orchid, Jasmine or Pikake flower lei.

Recommended Shipping: We recommend overnight shipping as this lei is temperature sensitive. We also offer 2nd Day shipping, please contact us for Saturday deliveries. We pack every order neatly with gel ice packs to keep your order at ideal temperatures.

The months of May and June is our busy season. We will always do our best to fulfill all orders as close to the original order as possible. When a substitution is made, Shaka Lei will use flowers they have on-hand to provide something as similar as possible.
