Saturday Delivery
If you require a Saturday delivery please add $20 extra for the Saturday Fedex Delivery fee.
We do guarantee freshness of our leis as long as there is no disruption in delivery. However, we can not guarantee it if:
SHAKA LEI will not be held responsible for any stolen or lost packages and/or delays in shipments due to severe weather conditions, providing incorrect address, disruptions during transportation. We don’t guarantee freshness of our products if no one is there to receive the package and it is left at the doorstep. We do guarantee our product’s freshness provided there are no interruptions in delivery.
Our shop will get your package to FedEx in time to arrive on the indicated desired delivery date but once the package is in the care of FedEx, we are no longer responsible for it. A claim can be filed with FedEx demanding for a refund but it will be up to their claims department to approve the claim or not. Please contact us to initiate the claim process.
All refunds must be requested within 12 hours after the time of receiving your products. We can offer a partial or full refund if you are unhappy with the quality of our products. You must provide close up photos of the leis/flowers along with a picture of the box and all packing material it came in.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to ship your delivery without a signature required. We are not held responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If you prefer to sign for your package you must contact us before your order ships out.
10% processing fee for all cancelled orders. Refunds will be given only if cancelled more than 7 days from the ship out date. We will not refund you if your order is cancelled within 7 days of the ship out date.
If your address is in a “rural” area FedEx will transfer your package to a third party courier such as USPS. If this happens it may cause a delay in receiving your package. Please verify on your own if your area is considered “rural.” In this case you must contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX. We recommend you set your delivery 2 days before your event. We are not held responsible for any delays in this type of situation.
